This individual will ensure that each property is meeting Hilton brand standards, particularly in the food and beverage department. The Task Force General Manager will provide leadership and guidance to each property's management team, ensuring that they are delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue.Key responsibilities include:Implementing Hilton brand standards across all propertiesDeveloping and executing strategies to drive F&B revenueProviding leadership and support to property management teamsMonitoring and analyzing financial performance of each propertyEnsuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that may ariseQualifications:Task Force General Manager experienceFive years or more of Hilton Brand F&B experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsProven track record of driving revenue and delivering exceptional guest experiencesAbility to travel to multiple properties around the USA
