Head of Security

A company is looking for a Head of Security to oversee security strategy, architecture, operations, and culture. Key ResponsibilitiesMature the Security & Compliance Program by auditing and improving existing security measures Protect the Data Pipeline by securing the lifecycle of training data and embedding security in engineering processes Enable the Business by translating security risks for executives and fostering a security-aware cultureRequired Qualifications8+ years in security roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity Deep technical foundation with experience in architecture, infrastructure, and code review Experience building or maturing a security program in an early-stage or high-growth company Strong understanding of cloud security, identity/access management, and data protection Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
