Administrative Assistant, Corporate Strategy & Business DevelopmentThis job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.What Will You Be Doing?Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders and other associates to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and eventsCommunicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the leadership or teamArrange travel schedule for leadership team member and expense reportsPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues and deadlines in a timely mannerAssist with administrative financial management needs of the departmentAssist with communications and event planning / scheduling needs of the departmentHelp with formatting various communications and sending communications out on leader behalfHelp with various tasks around the office - lunch, ordering supplies, completing forms at the request of leaderHandle additional requests as they ariseManage the Corporate Strategy calendar and scheduling needsManage the Corporate Strategy File Sharing systemWhat Do You Need To Bring?Bachelor's Degree or related experienceWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft OutlookStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalitiesAbility to maintain confidentialityStrong decision making and proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExceptional calendar and time management skillsProper presentation, development, and editing skillsEffective analytical, listening, and writing skillsAttention to detailOur CompanyAbercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories catering to kids through millennials with assortments curated for their specific lifestyle needs.The company operates a family of brands, including Abercrombie & Fitch, YPB, abercrombie kids, Hollister and Gilly Hicks, each sharing a commitment to offer products of enduring quality and exceptional comfort that support global customers on their journey to being and becoming who they are.
