Data Analyst – 100% Remote | 4-Month ContractWe are hiring Data Analysts to support a Business Intelligence team with data discovery, analysis, requirements gathering, metric definition, and data validation.Location: 100% RemoteEmployment: W2 OnlyContract: 4 monthsHours: 40 hours/weekStart Date: September 7, 2026ResponsibilitiesPerform data profiling, analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQLGather and document business requirementsTranslate business questions into clear requirements and specificationsDefine metric and KPI logic, including inventory, worked/inflowed volume, and client valueMap data sources and source-to-target relationshipsWork with data dictionaries and golden-record conceptsQuery data using Snowflake and/or DatabricksLead stakeholder kickoffs and working sessionsValidate data outputs against requirements and defined metric logicRequirementsStrong SQL skillsExperience with requirements gathering and documentationStrong data analysis and validation skillsExperience with source-to-target data mappingExperience with Snowflake and/or DatabricksStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredHealthcare revenue cycle experience, particularly denials & AR, underpayments, coding/assurance, patient pay, or insurance discoveryExperience with semantic layers, metrics layers, or BI dashboardsExposure to AI-assisted analytics, including Snowflake CortexIf you have strong SQL and data analysis experience and are interested in a fully remote contract opportunity, please reach out or apply.
