We value integrity, creativity, agility and excellence.   TruSpire will have corporate offices in Stamford, CT and Dallas, TX.  This is a flexible, but not fully remote position, so the ability to commute into the office when needed is important.  Position Overview  This role reports directly to the COO and will have daily interaction with senior executives, key stakeholders, and TPA leadership.  We are looking for someone with a progressive record of achievement within annuity insurance operations and policyholder service teams serving US based Life & Annuity carriers. A conversation with your co-workers should reveal a highly capable and knowledgeable SME as well as a trusted, thoughtful, and respected colleague.  This is a hands-on, high visibility and impact role ideal for critical thinkers who excel at operational improvement and execution. While our senior team is filled with industry veterans, we are collectively inspired by and committed to growing a best-in-class annuity carrier, unhindered by legacy systems, processes, resources, silos, and mindsets.  You will be evaluated based on your contributions to our shared goals as well as the ability to work well with our team.  Earn trust and confidence with the team and you will thrive with us.  Key Responsibilities  Manage key TPA, vendor and functional relationships to ensure operational performance standards are met, communication is effective, and our customers are thrilled with our services.  Ensure necessary operations reporting and performance metrics are in place, monitored, and any issues are identified in a timely, appropriate, and effective manner.  Continuously identify, pursue, and deliver opportunities to improve how we operate and perform.    Enable functional leads (CFO, CPO, CLO) to leverage any operational reporting and data to better execute their core responsibilities and improve the business. Help ensure key functional leaders have the information and context to appropriately respond to and support relevant operational needs.   Qualifications  Four-year degree in addition to substantive work experience, responsibility, and record of accomplishment that matches the job requirements.  Exceptional ability to combine your operations experience with an analytical mindset to quickly digest and process new information and apply it towards mitigating operational risk. Strong understanding of individual Life & Annuity Carrier service operations, key functions, and the overall regulatory and partnership ecosystem we must be aligned with. When it comes to full life cycle annuity policyholder service operations, you are the Ops SME everyone looks to when needing to recognize when something is right, wrong, or needs to be improved.
