Interior Design Manager

Professional Staffing firm Donato LLC has partnered with a Miami-based international developer to hire Interior Designers for their expanding team due to growth. If you have experience with high-end hospitality, mixed-use, residential towers, F&B, and/or master planning design in South Florida, we would love for you to apply. About the Company Not just any developer building high-rises in Miami; the company operates as developer, owner, and operator of their properties with a very strong design sensibility, all the way down to the fabric and finishes of every inch of communal space. The team is passionate about community-centered living - one where neighbors actually know each other and enjoy spending some time together, enhanced by the design and operation of the dwelling space. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors or equivalent professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design 5+ years of industry experience in design coordination or management role Knowledge of local codes and ADA accessibility requirements Proven ability to research and incorporate codes into technical documents High proficiency in Revit Knowledge of FF&E, design trends, materials, architectural building systems and construction Experience managing multiple small projects at a time or one large project through all phases of development A passion for design with exceptional communication and management skills Highly articulate, fluency in English a must Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills Able to work well under pressure, leading by example A true team-player that leaves ego at the door Compensation package to include industry competitive salary, benefits, and an equity component.
