The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge of all HVAC, Install, and sales. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. What We Offer! Energetic, Positive attitude and outlook Promote products and services effectively and comfortably! Organized with a strong passion for success. 3 years professional sales experience HVAC knowledge required Qualifications: Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets. Strong decision-making abilities Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings. Valid Drivers License HVAC Certification Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Meet all attendance and dependability requirements! Team player Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously PAY TRANSPARENCY: The starting salary for this opportunity ranges from $100k - $200K. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
