At The Title Group, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and confident closing experience for buyers, sellers, Realtors, and loan officers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Sales Representative located in the Middle Tennessee area. The main territory will be Wilson County and Davidson County. The Title Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals to drive new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting the company’s services, attending industry events, and ensuring a professional and responsive client experience. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational goals.QualificationsSales and Relationship Management: Strong ability to identify leads, build relationships with industry professionals, and manage customer accounts effectively.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, networking, and presentation abilities to convey information clearly and engage partners.Real Estate and Title Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with title, real estate, or mortgage processes is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.Marketing and Business Development: Experience in promoting services, executing sales strategies, and contributing to revenue growth.Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capacity to adapt to evolving business needs and proactively solve customer challenges.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required; prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools used in sales or marketing is an added benefit.
