Our clients include Rio Tinto, BHP, Fortescue, and Chevron, and we've tracked over 10 million items across more than 60 enterprise projects globally.We're now expanding US operations from our new Texas office and looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive our next growth chapter.The OpportunityThis is a senior sales role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own the US pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing and prospecting through to close. As one of our early foundational US hires, there's genuine career upside as we scale over the next two years and beyond.You'll work alongside our Australian team and partner network to convert channel pipeline into new US revenue, while also building direct enterprise relationships in the oil & gas, mining, and capital project sectors.What you'll doIdentify and prioritize target accounts, including partner-referred opportunitiesRun discovery calls, product demos, and enterprise client presentationsBuild and manage a structured US sales pipeline with active deal progressionDevelop proposals, commercial terms, and statements of workBuild executive relationships at enterprise prospects and within partner networksOrganize lunch-and-learn sessions, webinars, and joint events with channel partnersCollaborate with our Australia-based engineering, delivery, and operations teamsNegotiate and close commercial agreementsReport pipeline status, progress, and revenue projections directly to the CEOWhat we're looking for5+ years in enterprise SaaS, software, or industrial technology salesProven track record in outbound prospecting and enterprise deal executionExposure to oil & gas, mining, or large capital projects preferredExperience selling through or alongside a global channel partnerExperience with Gap Selling, Challenger Sales, or similar methodologiesExceptional discovery and presentation skillsCoachable, determined, and persistent; comfortable in a founder-led environmentBachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience)Based in Texas, with occasional travel to the Richardson office and US/international client travel as requiredHybrid working arrangementHow to applyPlease complete our short application form: https://form.typeform.com/to/YljBrWKSShortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by the CEO.
