Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications Prior experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time Good communication skills
