Talent Operations Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be a key partner to Talent Acquisition and broader HR—supporting systems, data, and recruiting operations that enable us to attract, hire, and support top talent across the firm.If you’re someone who enjoys connecting the dots, keeping things moving behind the scenes, and making great teams even more effective, this is the role for you.What You'll DoTalent Operations & Systems ExcellenceMaintain and optimize our HR systems (HRIS and related tools), ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and seamless workflowsSupport onboarding, employee changes, and organizational updates to ensure clean data and strong reportingIdentify process improvements and help implement scalable solutions across the Talent functionCreate and maintain SOPs, guides, and resources that improve consistency and team efficiencySupport the Talent Acquisition TeamCoordinate interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams—delivering a seamless candidate experiencePartner with recruiters to support sourcing initiatives, pipeline activity, and candidate communicationsAssist in managing requisition workflows and ensuring timely movement through the hiring processHelp maintain recruiting systems and data accuracy, ensuring visibility into hiring progressMetrics, Reporting & InsightTrack and maintain key Talent metrics and dashboardsGenerate and distribute reports that support hiring decisions, workforce planning, and leadership insightsServe as a resource for ad hoc data requests and reporting needsSupport surveys and data analysis related to engagement, compensation, and benefitsSupport the Full Employee LifecycleEnsure timely and accurate processing of employee lifecycle activities (hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, etc.)Partner with Talent Advisors, leaders, and cross-functional teams to keep employee data current and alignedAssist with processes tied to performance cycles, goals, and merit increasesConnect Across TeamsCollaborate with Talent Advisors, recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to keep processes movingProvide support and troubleshooting to internal users of Talent systemsAct as a go-to resource for process clarity, data accuracy, and operational questionsWhy This Role MattersRoleThis isn’t just operational support—this role helps build the foundation for how talent functions at Savant. The expected base salary range for this role is $58,000-70,000 with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location.
