Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Travel Advisor located in Frankenmuth, MI. The Travel Advisor will assist clients with their travel needs, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities, and providing expert guidance on travel options. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and staying informed about travel trends and regulations. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and coordinating with vendors to create seamless travel experiences for clients. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive client experiences and assist with inquiries and concernsStrong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and travel partnersProficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations, including booking and itinerary planningAbility to stay updated on travel trends, policies, and regulationsAttention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple client itinerariesPrevious experience in travel planning or a related field is a plusProficiency with travel booking software and tools is preferred
