NOV - - Responsibilities: Provide field technical support to customers for NOV Frac products; Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems; Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system; Initiate incident investigations, report up in a timely manner, and partake in devising a solution; Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner
