Lead Software Developer
Overview
In this role you will serve as the technical anchor for a federal HR systems modernization effort, guiding a small Agile Appian team. You will stay hands-on with Appian development while setting standards, reviewing work, and mentoring teammates to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. You will collaborate with the solution architect on design decisions and deployment readiness, ensuring high quality outcomes for a government client. This is a hybrid position in the DMV area with a focus on ownership, craftsmanship, and cross-functional execution. You’ll influence architecture and practices that shape the program’s success.
