Overview

ResponsibilitiesLead the overall execution and day-to-day management of a government contractManage contractor personnel, assign work, and ensure delivery of program objectivesMonitor contract performance, schedules, budgets, and resource utilizationTrack program costs and prepare financial reports to support decision-makingIdentify and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standardsCoordinate with government customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for effective executionProvide regular program status updates, performance metrics, and executive-level briefingsEnsure contract deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and per customer expectationsFoster collaboration across distributed teams and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Key requirementsMaster's degreeMinimum of ten (10) years of experience managing government contracts or programs as a Contracts Program ManagerDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projectsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadershipAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentActive Secret security clearanceleadershipcommunicationcollaborationprogram managementcontract managementrisk management
