Duties Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of meals, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met Handle food with care, following strict food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Participate in food handling and kitchen operations, including knife skills, food prep, and cooking technique Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations at all times Experience Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly valued Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service within the food industry Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated skills in kitchen operations, including knife skills and food presentation Fine dining experience or work in upscale restaurant environments is a plus Familiarity with kitchen equipment and culinary tools used in professional settings .
