Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various hair styling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, offering expert advice on hair care, and ensuring that clients leave feeling satisfied and confident. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Salon management, opening, closing, hygiene & more. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Assist with clients when needed. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' hair types and styling preferences. Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and salon management practices. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience needed. Familiarity with salon software for efficient operation management. Training provided. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Certification or license in cosmetology required.
