F-35 OLED RAN 6 Program ManagerThis position serves as the F-35 OLED RAN 6 Program Manager reporting directly to the F-35 CNI and Avionics Development Program Manager. The PM will be responsible for driving daily program execution, ensuring proper program controls are in place to meet contract requirements. The PM will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the program and supplier. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. The primary focus is on execution of the OLED RAN 6 Program.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher education, or equivalent combination of education/work experienceProgram or Project Management experienceExperience in Aerospace Vehicle Systems development, production, and/or sustainmentExperience working with matrix organizations in executing or proposing programsCost Account Manager experienceDesired Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadersExperience as a CAM across multiple contracts, programs, or control accountsExperience participating in EVM compliance activities (i.e. audits, customer reviews)Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical dataExperience working with F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO)Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management (Using ROADS)Experience in integration of complex and ambiguous program requirementsActive Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within the last 5 yearsSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
