50/50 Staff

The Buffalo Bills Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic individual to promote its 50/50 Raffle program at Buffalo Bills home games. This role involves supporting and growing the 50/50 Raffle initiative at each home game. Game Day Staff will educate and assist 50/50 volunteers throughout Highmark Stadium from prior to parking lots opening until the game ends, offering a great opportunity for those who thrive in a game day atmosphere.Primary ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Bills Foundation positively and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service to volunteers and fans.Arrive at Highmark Stadium up to two (2) hours before parking lots open on game day (arrival time may vary)Engage, motivate and assist 50/50 volunteers in selling 50/50 Raffle tickets either at assigned kiosks or while roaming designated areas.Educate volunteers on the handheld devices used for distributing 50/50 raffle ticketsCommunicate the details of the 50/50 raffle clearly (including draw times, winning number locations, and website information)Address and resolve any troubleshooting issues, supply needs, location assignments, and equipment concerns.Commit to working a minimum of 10 games from August through January, with the possibility of postseason gamesQualifications And ExperienceProfessional demeanor and customer service orientedStrong work ethic, positive mindset, and quick learning capabilityExcellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey enthusiasm and passion for the 50/50 game day raffle.Flexible work schedule to accommodate all home games during the football season.Physical RequirementsAbility to walk long distances, climb stairs, and stand for 6 hours or more.Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more.Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for tasks such as wrist banding, ticket scanning, etc.Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environmentAbility to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners.Ability to navigate large venue spacesCompensationThis role pays $20 an hour.The Buffalo Bills, LLC are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
