We're a small, supportive team looking for a licensed clinician who genuinely loves working with kids, teens, and the families behind them. If that's you, we'd love to talk.Minimum Qualification Requirements:Master’s Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social workCurrent and unrestricted license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in CaliforniaAvailability to hold at least 20 patient sessions per weekOther Qualification Preferences: The following points are preferred, but not required:Specialized training in Play Therapy.Specialized training in treating adolescent trauma (i.e. EMDR). Other specialized training with the child or adolescent population.Why work with us at Treehouse Therapy:Steady, high-quality, referral streamSchedule designed around school-age clients — primarily afternoons and evenings, with optional weekends Comfortable office spaceFully stocked playroomFull administrative, billing, and credentialing support providedPaid sick leaveMalpractice coveragePaid holiday closuresSupervision toward play therapy certificationCEU stipend of $300/yearW-2 employeeJob Duties and Responsibilities: The Clinical Therapist will be expected to perform the following duties, plus other duties as applicable:Perform intake assessments.Provide on-site mental health therapy for children and teens.Provide support to client’s parents/guardians/caregivers.Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments.Create, maintain, and complete detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans in a timely manner.We're a small team, so dependability and clear communication matter to us.Communicate respectfully and effectively with co-workers.Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics of licensure and of the facility.Respond to clients or their parents’ calls/emails within 24 hours.Keep the therapy room clean and organized.
