Engineering SME / Technical Lead - VoIP Integration + Infra Dev

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Engineering SME / Technical Lead with deep expertise in VoIP and SIP-based platforms to support the design, integration, and operation of scalable and resilient voice solutions.This role focuses on SIP routing, policy execution, platform integrations, and infrastructure development in complex, multi-system telecom environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of SIP-based call routing and interconnect solutions.Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Ribbon PSX and SBC policy and routing behavior.Integrate VoIP platforms with external APIs, including call-signing and related services.Design and support scalable, resilient, and low-latency telecom solutions.Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across multiple systems, including PSX, SBCs, APIs, and network components.Implement and maintain automation and configuration-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.Develop and support CI/CD pipelines, test harnesses, and synthetic traffic solutions to validate platform performance and reliability.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in telecom and VoIP engineering with deep expertise in SIP.Strong knowledge of SIP fundamentals, call routing, and interconnect architectures.Hands-on experience with Ribbon PSX and SBC policy and routing execution.Experience with API integrations in telecom or VoIP environments.Proven ability to design and support highly available, low-latency, and scalable systems.Strong troubleshooting skills across VoIP platforms, network layers, and supporting systems.Experience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD practices in production environments.
