Machine Operator Position Summary Job Description Production Responsibilities Block Quality Production reporting Calculating and maintaining proper product yields Maintaining proper settings and adjustment Machine settings Batch settings Cure settings Perform and oversee mold changes Keeping production facility clean & organized Putting tools away Keeping Machine & Mold areas clean Strip-out and clean machine and production equipment at shift end Performing Required Maintenance Machine maintenance All other production equipment maintenance Cuber Loader/Unloader Cleaner Oiler Curing System Pumping Units Splitter Silos, Conveyors, Holding hoppers Mixer Mold maintenance Ability to troubleshoot equipment Electrical Troubleshooting Hydraulic Troubleshooting Pneumatic Troubleshooting Mechanical Troubleshooting Cure System Troubleshooting Other Responsibilities Acts as supervisor to production employees on shift Be on time Self-Motivated Willingness to do whatever tasks need to be done Concern for quality of work, efficiency and safety
