Join us!What the Inside Sales Account Manager does at WorldwideThe Sales Development Account Manager plays a critical role in helping the organization achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by engaging with prospective clients and internal stakeholders to build an effective new clinical trial business pipeline, alongside their Colleagues and Mentors.What you will doTasks may include, but are not limited to the following:Partner with Business Development to tackle territory targets and goals, and Marketing to understand and leverage their initiativesProspecting for new human clinical trial opportunitiesSource new sales opportunities for your Business Development partners through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospectingContinually maintain and expand your database/funnel of target accounts, prospects, and opportunities within your territoriesAchieve quarterly and annual lead generation goals as outlined in the sales incentive comp plan related to RFPs, Meetings, and RFPs converted to winsEngage and build rapport with prospects through calls, emails, and social outreach activity What you bring to the roleYou are approachable with a high level of optimism and great people skills to foster a strong team environmentProven experience prospecting for human clinical trials (phase I-IV)You strive to understand best practices and coach the team on theseConsultative clinical-first selling and multi-stakeholder mappingStrong written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information on calls and via emailDrive and determination to succeed as well as meet and exceed targets and quotasExperience with CRM and strive to leverage other selling technology and tools Your experienceBachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related disciplineExperience inside sales and/or sales development or a related field - including experience in developing new business, lead nurturing and qualification, prospecting, and appointment settingCRO/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, including knowledge of Phase I-IV clinical research and developmentExperience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales automation toolsWe love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.To view our other roles, check out our careers page at Discover a world of difference at Worldwide!
