This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, thriving practice with immediate access to long-standing client relationships and high-quality transactional work.The incoming partner will take on a leadership position within a lean, collaborative team and serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse and loyal client base.Practice Focus:Mergers & acquisitions, including high-value transactions ($200M+)Debt and equity financingGeneral corporate counseling and strategic business advisorySecurities and regulatory complianceKey Responsibilities:Lead complex M&A and financing transactions from structuring through closingServe as primary point of contact and strategic advisor for key clientsManage and grow an existing book of business with strong institutional relationshipsProvide practical, business-oriented advice across a variety of corporate mattersMentor and collaborate with a small, high-performing teamQualifications:10+ years of corporate transactional experienceStrong standing in California Bar AdmissionJuris Doctor from accredited schoolStrong background in M&A and finance (debt and equity)Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated client relationshipsBusiness-minded approach with excellent judgment and communication skillsPortable book of business preferred, or interest in stepping into and expanding an established practiceExposure to real estate-related matters is a plus
