Job # : 156148 Title : Process Operator 1st Shift Location : Hendersonville, NC Salary Range : 17.00 Position : Assembly Description : Process TechnicianOpSource has partnered with a manufacturing company that produces filters for the molten metal industry located in Hendersonville, NC.Pay for the position:1 st shift $17.00/hrReceive a 50 cent raise after 30 Days!Shifts for the position:1 st shift 5:30am-4:00pmJob requirements for the position may include:Kiln load/unloadInspect filters coming from the convection dryer for defects.Change out saw blades, perform basic saw trouble shooting on saw, perform saw set up check.Remove filters from roller hearth exit, inspect for defects, and gasket 1 filter out of every 3-4 parts.Mark filters with pre-heat dots and place on conveyor for transport to packing operator.Qualifications for the position:Ability to lift 40 lbsMust meet requirements for the approved respiratory program in each area of work.Repetitive use of handsAble to work in a hot, dusty environment Requirements : Job Type : Temp to Hire Post Date : 03/26/2026
