Job OverviewOldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced to develop and maintain favorable relationships with current and potential customers. This role is crucial for achieving sales goals for precast concrete products and increasing the regions sales volume within the civil infrastructure market.

What Youll DoMarket and sell Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products.
Prospect opportunities and companies within core markets.
Identify and bid on appropriate projects, participating in bid strategy.
Utilize software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the team.
Develop and maintain relationships within the engineering community to get products specified.
Be responsible for meeting specific sales volume and profit margin goals.
Partner with internal departments to ensure high levels of customer service.
Actively participate in industry-related associations to develop networking relationships.
What Were Looking ForBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
Strong business acumen in sales, marketing, and the civil infrastructure construction market.
Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
Ability to travel (approx. 50%+) throughout the sales region.
Drive and self-discipline to work independently within territory to accomplish goals.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.CompensationCompensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annual.
