We serve luxury residential clients across the Front Range—from Monument, throughout the Denver Metro, to Fort Collins, Boulder, and the foothills—as well as mountain communities including Summit County and Grand County. While CTL has long been trusted for architectural lighting, electrical, and integrated systems, we are intentionally expanding our decorative lighting and shading practice—including the development of a new boutique lighting and shading studio in the Castle Rock area. This role is a rare opportunity to help shape both a design-focused discipline and a physical showroom experience within a stable, respected company at a high level. Must have decorative lighting experience.The Design OpportunityWe are seeking a Lighting & Shading Design Specialist with a refined aesthetic, strong client presence, and deep knowledge of decorative fixtures and window coverings.
