Employees are empowered to contribute ideas, drive change, and support a culture centered on performance, compliance, and collaboration.Job Responsibilities for the HR ManagerPromote and maintain a safe work environment by supporting plant safety initiatives and compliance effortsLead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processesPartner with leadership to manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionMaintain and update job descriptions, compensation structures, and HR policies in alignment with organizational standardsAdminister benefits programs and support employees with enrollment and inquiriesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including handling investigations and documentationManage HRIS systems and personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and reporting insightsCoordinate training programs and support employee development initiatives across departmentsJob Requirements for the HR Manager 3 to 7 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of employment laws, compliance practices, and HR operationsExperience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems such as Ceridian Dayforce or similar toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levelsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesFor more information, please APPLY today!
