We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to join the team in Boynton Beach, FL! In this role, you will be working with adults suffering from mental health and substance abuse issues in a detox setting.Position: Detox Assistant Director of NursingLocation: Boynton Beach, FLSchedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)Responsibilities:Needs to be able to handle on call rotation, ALL call out situations and scheduling, pharmacy license compliance20 bed detox/resDocumentation oversightManaging nurses and APRNs (roughly 18 total), infection controlMust be detail oriented, organized, and independentRequirements:Must be licensed in FL as a RN, BSNMust have 3+ years of nurse management experienceMust be able to provide disciplinary actions, train, and enforce policy and proceduresMust be able to guide teams to be the best they can beMust have worked in a mental health/SUD detox/res settingMust have medication management experience within the mental health industryBenefits offered:Paid Time OffHealth and wellness benefits- partially paid for by the companyContinuing Education OpportunitiesGrowth opportunitiesPaid Holidays (or additional Holiday pay)EAP (employee assistance program)401KSalary: ~$95,000.00 annually (can be discussed dependent upon experience)Please send your resume to Aubrey at abrooks@valeoresources.com to learn more about the position and interview process!
