Job Description Commodore Homes LLC, a division of Cavco Industries, is one of the largest builders of modular and manufactured homes throughout the northeast, mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets.Our modular homes are constructed to individual state and local building codes, and represent a smart, rapidly growing alternative to local 'site built' homes. Combining broad customization, better construction technology, and less waste, our modular homes generally cost less than a comparable 'site-built' home.We take pride in our long-standing stable workforce, that represents skilled crafts people dedicated to building homes.We are hiring drafters with experience in AutoCAD and/or a background in housing construction. However, we will train motivated individuals who have no prior experience but possess the ability to evolve alongside a progressive industry.Responsibilities:Create and revise detailed drawings for: Literatures, Permits, Production Packages / Working DrawingsReview work to ensure accuracy and completenessMeet deadlines to reduce bottlenecks and maintain a smooth workflowRequirements:High school diploma or GED required.
