Why you should apply for this position today: Create an exceptional living experience for our cherished residents Make a positive impact on their lives every day Develop essential life skills such as patience, empathy, and effective communication Form genuine connections with our residents Skills we are looking for: Excellent communication skills Strong ability to provide physical and emotional support Ability to work in a team and assist other team members Responsibilities: Assisting with care needs, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting Encouraging resident involvement within the community Maintaining cleanliness of the environment through light housekeeping Assessing for changes in resident condition and communicating immediately to supervisor Completing all required documentation and charting Communicating professionally with families, support services, and coworkers Complying with safety and health standards, including infection control procedures Assisting other team members with their duties Performing other assigned duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Experience working with the elderly preferred Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be 18 years old Reliable transportation Daily Pay, access your pay when you need it
