As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and adjusting CNC Mills and Lathes to perform a variety of machining operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate and adjust CNC Mills and Lathes (Haas and other machines) for a range of machining operations including drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, turning, and boring.Inspect products using various gauges such as micrometers, bore gauges, and thread gauges.Enter and read input and output numbers on a computer.Lift up to 5 pounds of metal into and off of the machine.Essential SkillsMinimum 6 months of machine operating experience.Proficient in the use of calipers and micrometers.Experience with CNC, CNC lathe, and CNC mill operations.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.50/hr.
