You’ll lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) while working directly with the individuals who rely on us every day. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight Manage staff scheduling and daily operations for your assigned home Train and mentor DSPs to ensure quality care Serve as the primary contact for clients, families, and support coordinators Build a positive, accountable team environment Direct Support (36 hours/week) Assist 2–3 clients with daily needs such as: Meal prep and nutrition Personal hygiene and grooming Medication administration and documentation Housekeeping and organization Transportation to appointments and community outings (mileage reimbursed) Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate care records, incident reports, and monthly summaries Coordinate and attend medical appointments Ensure compliance with Person-Centered Service Plans and ADA guidelines Shifts & Scheduling We offer a variety of shift types including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight. House Managers typically maintain a consistent schedule but must be flexible to provide coverage when needed. What We’re Looking For Experience in direct support, residential care, or team supervision (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Calm, compassionate, and reliable under pressure A team-first mindset with a strong sense of responsibility A genuine desire to change lives, not just clock in Reliability Matters: Most shifts are working solo. Being on time and dependable isn’t just appreciated—it’s critical to the well-being of the individuals we support.
