Building effective teams with a moral ethical character and doing what’s right for our clients and employees are just a few important factors of being an effective leader with Gothic.This position will be located in the Greater Orange County, CAResponsibilities of the ASSOCIATE BRANCH MANAGER TREE CARE role will include, but not limited to:Responsible for tree care & maintenance operations in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth and profitabilityIncludes evaluating trees for diseases/pathogens/pest infestations and proposing treatments where appropriateIncludes scheduling and managing tree care and plant health care subcontractors to ensure they deliver high quality tree care work and customer serviceEnsure high standards of customer satisfaction and jobsite quality, address operational issues, and implement processes to improve customer experienceEnsures that our operations team have the tools they need to perform their jobs satisfactorily including people and equipment, a detailed budget, etcPersonally inspects job sites to assess our quality on jobs and the game plan that our operations employees employ to achieve our objectives. Oversee branch team building, training and development programsContinually takes the pulse of clients through informal telephone conversations, lunch meetings, industry events, etc. and formal customer satisfaction surveys. Ensures that we respond quickly and properly to all reasonable customer requestsEnsures that all Branch employees understand the overall company objectives as well as their individual departmental objectives and that they work together to achieve the stated objectivesEnsures the team is continually developing bench strength within the field and management teams to facilitate expected growth. Promoting from within is always preferred whenever possiblePartners with our Business Developer to increase market growth with new prospective clientsPrepares appropriate annual, monthly, and weekly business plans for the operationsAre you the right fit for this role?*Skills & experience that are necessary as an Associate Branch Manager Tree Care will include, but not limited to:ISA Certified Arborist certification is required and knowledgeable with Coast Live Oak treesQualified Applicator License (Type B) is highly preferredBachelor's degree (B. A. or B.
