Senior Analyst - Financial Support Services
Responsibilities:Conduct analyses and produce high-quality outputs that adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational standardsWork flexibly in a centralized, high-performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal / external clients including coordinating with team members and stakeholders located in various geographic locations, utilizing virtual communication tools, and ensuring seamless project deliverySupport in the planning / execution of project tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining project deliverable schedules, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy / proper formattingReview data effectively across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operational / regulatory risk in support of the following capabilities: enhance due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO, and controls testingHandle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks and help resolve project issues; actively contribute to the culture of the center by mentoring / coaching other team members, developing / generating SOPs, and developing training initiativesSupport project leaders in developing / implementing development plans, continuously develop / maintain expertise in policies and processes to ensure consistent competency / attainment of KPIsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Performance Hub's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent and relevant experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferredExperience preferred within one of following areas: AML (Anti-Money Laundering), financial transactions monitoring, financial investigations, financial compliance, BSA (Bank Secrecy Act), fraud investigations, financial risk assessments, SARS (Suspicious Activity Reports) Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more)Strong understanding of business / technical competencies, organizational tools, and processesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly / effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable / strong collaboration skills; demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment
