Real Estate Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support investment and asset management initiatives. This role will play a key part in evaluating acquisitions, building financial models, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ModelingBuild and maintain complex financial models (Excel) for acquisitions, developments, and asset managementPerform cash flow analysis, IRR/NPV calculations, and sensitivity analysesEvaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior leadershipAcquisitions & UnderwritingAnalyze potential real estate investments including multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use assetsConduct market research, comparable analysis, and due diligenceAssist in the preparation of investment memos and deal presentationsAsset Management SupportMonitor property performance, budgets, and forecastsAnalyze variances and provide recommendations to improve asset valueSupport business plan execution and ongoing portfolio strategyMarket Research & ReportingTrack market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapePrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with acquisitions, finance, and operations teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field1–4+ years of experience in real estate analysis, investment, or financeStrong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling required)Understanding of real estate metrics (IRR, NPV, cap rates, cash-on-cash returns)Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
