The firm specializes in navigating various family law matters, including custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property division, and the dissolution of same-sex marriages.Role DescriptionThis full-time remote Family Law Attorney role involves providing legal support and representation to clients in family law matters. Responsibilities include drafting legal pleadings, managing divorce and custody cases, and communicating with clients regarding their rights and options.
