The role is based in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including but not limited to, managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, benefits administration, and providing general HR support to the team. The candidate will work closely with management to ensure a productive and compliant workplace environment.QualificationsExperience with Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementKnowledge of HR Policies and Employee BenefitsSkills in Benefits AdministrationStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
