The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the organization's impact and external engagement, including building and sustaining relationships with the community, business leaders, and donors. Strategic leadership is a key aspect of the role, involving the definition and implementation of the organization's strategic direction, multi-year planning, and the monitoring of performance against set objectives. The Executive Director will also be tasked with financial and operational management, ensuring transparency, and compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in a complex nonprofit or mission-driven setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational strategy, financial management, and operational excellence. Key personal attributes include being a strategic and visionary leader, comfortable with ambiguity, and a macro-level operator. The role requires a mission-driven mindset, with a deep alignment to the organization's purpose and an authentic connection to the populations served.
