Overview The Superintendent is responsible for the successful, safe, and profitable execution of jobs within the Building Exteriors Division while maintaining strong customer relationships through highly responsive service, reliability, and quality projects. Typical projects include masonry and concrete repairs, foundation waterproofing, caulking, and wet glazing. Production Management Safety, Compliance, and Training Administration Company Face Minimum Qualifications 10 years industry experience in field operations Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen to obtain DOT medical card (at company's expense) Computer literacy in Outlook (Excel and Word preferred, but not required).
