This role focuses on developing business with contractors, specialty distributors, and related industry professionals.This is a sales role for someone who can build relationships, grow business, and represent the company effectively in both one-on-one and group settings. A key part of the position is the ability to speak confidently and professionally in front of distributors, contractors, and engineers. The applicant needs to plan, organize, and conduct hands-on product training sessions for these audiences.The ideal candidate combines sales ability, technical credibility, field presence, strong communication skills, and disciplined follow-up to expand market share and support customer success.Key Responsibilities·     Develop and grow sales within an assigned multi-state territory. ·     Identify and pursue new customers, new markets, and new distribution opportunities. ·     Build, support, and strengthen relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and other industry contacts. ·     Support existing accounts through follow-up, technical support, and sales development. ·     Make consistent outbound prospecting, follow-up, service, and cold calls to generate new business and grow assigned accounts. ·     Maintain a high level of daily phone and email activity to develop leads, support customers, and advance sales opportunities. ·     Develop and implement regional distribution strategies. ·     Train and support distributor sales teams and independent sales representatives. ·     Plan, organize, and lead product presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions for distributors, contractors, and engineers. ·     Communicate effectively in front of groups, presenting product and system solutions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner. ·     Manage key contractor accounts, including training, sales support, and business development. ·     Represent SealBoss at trade shows, association meetings, customer events, and related industry functions. ·     Maintain accurate customer records, call reports, and related information in the company database. ·     Travel as needed, approximately up to one week per month. Qualifications·     Bachelor’s degree or higher. ·     Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. ·     Proven sales ability and strong business development skills. ·     Strong verbal and written communication skills. ·     Demonstrated ability to present effectively to groups of distributors, contractors, engineers, and other professional audiences. ·     Demonstrated ability to organize and lead product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions. ·     Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. ·     Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, database or CRM systems, and social media. ·     Positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated. ·     Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
