The Partner Technology Operations Associate is an operationally focused technology specialist who supports and enables our strategic IT partner ecosystem. This role acts as the connective tissue between partners, internal sales, technical teams, and operations, ensuring partner programs, offers, and enablement initiatives run smoothly, accurately, and at scale.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and technically literate, with a strong ability to manage partner-facing execution while supporting internal stakeholders with timely, accurate information.Remote role but must be based in East or Central time zone.ResponsibilitiesMinimal travel may be requiredPartner Operations & EnablementServe as a day-to-day operational interface for assigned IT partners (OEMs, ISVs, distributors, cloud providers).Support execution of partner programs, incentives, certifications, and enablement requirements.Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, tools access, and operational readiness for new or expanding partners.Maintain partner data accuracy across internal systems (CRM, portals, reporting tools).Technology & Solution SupportDevelop and maintain working knowledge of partner technologies, solution portfolios, and go-to-market motions.Assist with internal enablement materials (partner briefs, FAQs, solution one-pagers, offering summaries).Support solution alignment between partner capabilities and internal service offerings.Act as a knowledge resource for sales, delivery, and operations teams on partner-specific processes and requirements.Cross-Functional CoordinationLiaise with sales, delivery, finance, procurement, and marketing to ensure partner initiatives are executed effectively.Track key operational milestones, deadlines, and deliverables related to partner programs.Escalate issues proactively and help drive resolution across internal and external stakeholders.Reporting & Process ImprovementSupport reporting on partner performance, certifications, program compliance, and operational KPIs.Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in partner processes and recommend improvements.Document and standardize partner operational workflows and best practices.Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications1-3 years of experience in IT operations, partner management, technology enablement, or a related role.High attention to detail and process discipline.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and partner portals.Comfortable working across functions in a matrixed organization.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with major technology partners (e.g., OEMs, cloud providers or cybersecurity vendors).Exposure to partner programs, certifications, rebates, or incentive structures.Familiarity with MSP, VAR, or systems integrator environments.Experience supporting sales or go-to-market initiatives from an operational standpoint.Wage Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $37,500 - $50,000 annually.
