This position reports to Director of Sales and will work RemotelyAbout the positionAs a Regional Sales Manager for Dealer Accounts in the Sales team, you will help drive our key account program in the RV sales channel. You will play a key role in the organization's growth strategy by managing and growing relationships with dealer accounts. This position will build influential relationships with assigned target accounts to identify new business opportunities, present product portfolios, aggressively pursue placement of all newly introduced products, achieve strategic sales, service, and end-user support objectives as assigned.Your main responsibilities Manage key regional dealer account relationships in the RV industry through in person visits and training, calls and training eventsSupport regional and when possible national. store resets that expand and promote company shelf placementSupport regional and when possible national, dealer and distributor trade showsDevelop a sales plan to target, approach and present to those accounts securing new sales opportunities for the company and maintaining current store positioningCoordinate with key stakeholders to develop product placement, expanded shelf space, displays and promotional material that deliver consistent profit marginAchieve strategic KPI's, including but not limited to sales market share / margin / program promotion / product training and service development.Become technically proficient in all product categories and an expert in sales critical feature-benefitsMaintain an awareness of the market and competitive landscape to avoid retail conflicts that compromise DometicUtilize data on market provided by retailers and have national view/interpretation of the marketWork efficiently with internal staff and cross functional departments in support of delivering sales planWork collaboratively with forecasting team on an on-going basis to provide SKU level projections and forecast revisions where necessaryRely on experience, judgement, and effective communication to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedDeliver training to customers (retailers and key stakeholders) to support new product launches / product category educationEngage with customer service and other functional areas as necessary to address account issues requiring escalation and to support efforts to ensure accounts remain in good standing.Build relationships with customers (dealers and key stakeholders) through participation in industry events where relevantEnsure the success of new accounts by staying engaged through regular communication with the client, reporting back on KPI's, and leading business reviewsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat do we offer?You are offered an interesting role in a dynamic, fast paced, and global environment with great opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.
