Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist This role sits within Marketing & Communications and focuses on how the company shows up in front of clients. It supports teams across our Product, Integration, and Events divisions by improving sales materials, organizing content, and ensuring strong, consistent client-facing touchpoints.A key part of this role will be helping the company build smarter, more scalable content systems that make it easier to turn approved company information, project experience, messaging, client feedback, and real-world examples into accurate, consistent, on-brand sales and marketing materials.This person should be highly organized, comfortable working across teams, and able to translate complex work into clear, client-ready content. They should also be curious about new tools and workflows that improve how content is created, accessed, adapted, and reused across the business.Key Responsibilities Own and improve core sales materials, including pitch decks, templates, case studies, and client-facing presentationsSupport sales teams in preparing for client opportunities, strategic pursuits, and key conversationsTranslate company positioning, capabilities, and project experience into clear, polished, client-ready materialsBring consistency to how sales materials are built, used, and maintained across divisionsEnsure materials reflect approved messaging, brand standards, and the company's overall value propositionOrganize marketing and sales content so it is easy to find, use, update, and adaptEstablish simple systems for storing, tagging, sharing, and maintaining materialsHelp build and maintain a centralized source for company information, messaging, project examples, client feedback, relevant project history, and sales resourcesReduce duplication and one-off work by improving access to existing materialsSupport scalable workflows that help teams create accurate, consistent, on-brand content more efficientlyIdentify projects, client wins, capabilities, and stories that are worth turning into marketing or sales contentCoordinate content capture, including photography, project details, client feedback, and internal perspectiveWork with subject matter experts to gather the details needed to create useful, accurate contentHelp turn captured information into usable assets, such as case studies, visuals, pitch content, website copy, social content, and sales materialsExplore and support new tools, systems, and workflows that improve content creation, organization, and reuseHelp develop practical processes for creating accurate, on-brand draft content using approved company information and source materialsManage intake for sales enablement requests and help prioritize based on business impactEstablish clear processes for requesting, creating, reviewing, and updating materialsIntroduce templates, tools, and content systems to sales teams and support adoption across the businessMaintain strong judgment around accuracy, brand voice, confidentiality, and content qualityAssist sales for events where applicable, including trade shows, conferences, and sponsorshipsAlign event messaging, materials, and follow-up content with sales objectivesCoordinate event-related sales and marketing assetsEnsure content is captured before, during, and after events when appropriateHelp turn event activity into usable follow-up content, sales tools, and marketing assetsOwn the approach to client gifting, employee swag, and project-based giftingBring structure and consistency to how swag, branded merchandise, and gifts are selected and usedCoordinate vendor relationships, timelines, ordering, inventory, and distribution as neededPartner with internal teams to understand needs for client gifts, employee items, events, and special projectsEnsure swag and gifting support relationship-building, employee engagement, and the company's brand standardsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field3+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, content marketing, communications, business development support, or a related roleExperience creating or managing sales materials, presentations, proposals, case studies, or client-facing contentStrong writing, editing, messaging, and proofreading skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesComfortable working with sales teams, technical subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, or similar presentation toolsPreferred Qualifications Experience in B2B marketing, professional services, live events, AV, technology, manufacturing, construction, integration, or another complex sales environmentExperience building content libraries, sales toolkits, proposal systems, or knowledge management resourcesFamiliarity with CRM, DAM, project management, content management, or sales enablement toolsExperience using emerging content tools or AI-assisted workflows to improve content creation, organization, or reuseBasic understanding of brand governance and content approval processesExperience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or client eventsDesired Strengths
