Strategic Partner Manager The Strategic Partner Manager develops, maintains, and expands relationships with named strategic partners. A set of several partners will be assigned with specific sales and lead generation targets.The Director of Strategic Partners reports to the Vice President of Sales.Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of our client's Partner business including Referral, Reseller, and OEM relationshipsDirectly manage the team of Strategic Partner Managers, including hiring new team membersLead the team in Identifying, recruiting, and onboard new partners with mutually rewarding goals and objectivesManage the Strategic Partner team using data as the basis for decision makingHold weekly one-on-one meetings as well as running a weekly Partner Manager team meetingCoach each Partner Manager in developing and executing partner specific strategies, tactics and business plansEnsure each Partner Manager develops specific goals for each Partner and executes to attain those goalsOwn the Partner Manager Playbook that defines the best practices and proceduresAssist Partner Managers, as needed, in developing relationships with Partners (e.g., attending QBRs when needed)Work with Partner Operations Manager to create and maintain Partner Manager and Partner Team level reporting to track goals$20 mil partnership businessleads generated from this groupBuild new resources of revenueAbout the TeamThe Partner Team is an entrepreneurial group focused on growing the company.
