About EveryTable
EveryTable is a mission-driven food service company committed to making fresh, nutritious, and
affordable meals accessible to everyone. We operate high-volume food service locations where
operational excellence, hospitality, food quality, and team performance are essential to our
success.
We are looking for a hands-on, accountable, and people-focused Assistant Manager to help
lead daily operations and support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team. This is
an active leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems,
maintaining high standards, and taking ownership of store performance.
Position Overview
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store. This includes leading
shifts, coaching employees, maintaining food and service standards, managing inventory and
waste, ensuring accurate POS transactions, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate leads by example, is comfortable making decisions independently, and
understands that strong store performance comes from strong people, consistent execution, and
operational discipline.
Career Growth Opportunity
EveryTable is growing, and we are looking for leaders who want to grow with the organization.
This position can be the first step toward a larger leadership role, including Store Manager.
High-performing Assistant Managers who consistently demonstrate strong leadership,
operational results, team development, and accountability may be given the opportunity to take
on responsibilities across multiple EveryTable locations.
As EveryTable continues to expand its company-owned and franchise operations, there will be
opportunities for proven leaders to help open new locations, train and develop management
teams, support multiple stores, and take on broader operational responsibilities.

shift.
