Your focus will be supporting service technicians and installation teams while ensuring company procedures, service quality, and operational goals are followed.Lead and support service technicians and installation crews in their daily workCoordinate communication between office staff and field teamsTrain and evaluate field technicians alongside the Operations ManagerConduct ride along evaluations and offer coaching to techniciansConfirm repairs and installations meet company quality standards and permitting requirementsCommunicate department goals and track performance expectationsManage schedules and workloads to maintain efficient operationsWork with dispatch to help maintain effective scheduling and service flowProvide guidance to technicians facing technical challenges in the fieldAddress customer concerns to support a positive service experienceReinforce OSHA safety practices and promote a safety focused workplaceSupport company initiatives, service opportunities, and membership programs when applicableHandle administrative duties such as technician paperwork, evaluations, and expense reportsMaintain company policies, professional standards, and team accountabilityHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.Plumbing license preferred but not requiredHigh school diplomaValid driver’s licenseBasic computer skills including Microsoft OfficeStrong verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of current plumbing codes and regulationsUnderstanding of financial and accounting principles related to plumbing operationsAbility to work extended hours when neededAbility to work in both office and field environmentsApollo Plumbing & Rooter is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
