The Office Manager will oversee lead management and daily office operations, including handling incoming calls, managing CRM and office systems, scheduling appointments, and coordinating transactions from contract to close. Responsibilities include preparing and managing offers, maintaining communication between acquisitions and sales teams, supporting marketing and bookkeeping functions, and ensuring efficient office procedures and workflow management.This role also supports aspects of the company’s real estate investment and private equity operations by assisting with investor communications, maintaining transaction and due diligence documentation, tracking project and portfolio performance metrics, and helping coordinate capital deployment activities across acquisitions and asset management initiatives.The position plays a critical part in keeping the team organized, accountable, and operating efficiently in a fast-paced real estate investment and private equity environmentQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience in administrative assistance, office administration, or transaction coordinationProficiency with CRM systems, office software, and office equipmentExcellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage leads, schedules, contracts, and transaction timelines efficientlyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentExperience in real estate, investment management or real estate investment operations is preferredFamiliarity with marketing coordination and bookkeeping support is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
