Job Description T1 – Associate MFT Systems Engineer (SFG) SummarySupports monitoring and basic troubleshooting of file transmission systems under supervision.Key Responsibilities Monitor file transfers in SFG / Connect:Direct Identify and report failed jobs Perform basic troubleshooting (file format, connectivity issues) Assist in onboarding and file setup Follow SOPs and escalation procedures Support encryption setup (PGP, SSH keys) Maintain logs and operational reports Skills & Experience 0–2 years of experience (or fresh graduate with relevant exposure) Basic understanding of: File transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP) Linux/Unix commands Exposure to: SFG / Connect:Direct (preferred but not mandatory) ServiceNow or ticketing tools Basic knowledge of encryption concepts (PGP, SSL/TLS) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to follow processes and learn quickly QualificationsGraduateRange Of Year Experience-Min Year0Range Of Year Experience-Max Year2
