Amazon Operations Specialist (Customer Support)

About the Role This role owns the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business and supports order processing and customer communication. You’ll be responsible for keeping our catalog accurate, inventory flowing, orders moving, and issues resolved. You’ll work daily inside Seller Central and QuickBooks and serve as a key link between our internal team, customers, and our 3PL warehouse. You’ll also communicate directly with customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and leaves the customer fully satisfied. Core Responsibilities Amazon Operations · Manage and maintain our Amazon Seller Central account(s · Create, update, and audit product listings (titles, bullets, images, variations) · Generate reports and maintain internal spreadsheets to track sales and inventory · Determine replenishment needs and create FBA shipments (parcel and pallet) · Coordinate with 3PL to ensure proper prep, labeling, and shipping compliance · Track inbound shipments and reconcile Amazon receiving · Open and manage cases for missing inventory, listing issues, reimbursements, and general account support · Monitor catalog health and proactively flag any irregularities or issues · Support new product launches Order Processing & Inventory (QuickBooks + 3PL) · Create sales orders, packing lists, and invoices in QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise · Allocate and maintain accurate inventory across multiple inventory locations, orders, and shipments · Communicate orders, prep requirements, and shipping instructions to our 3PL warehouse · Generate shipping labels and required documentation · Coordinate fulfillment to ensure accurate and on-time shipments Customer Support & Communications · Own all customer-facing email communications, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and complete follow-through on all inquiries · Answer incoming phone calls or inquiries by providing product information, documentation (invoices, SDS, etc.), resolving issues (including replacements and order support), and/or routing to the appropriate team member to ensure resolution What You’re Good At · Highly organized and detail-oriented—you don’t miss the small stuff · Comfortable working in Amazon Seller Central and QuickBooks · Strong problem solver who takes ownership and follows through · Clear communicator across customers, warehouses, and internal teams · Manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks · Easy to work with, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping customers and teammates · Willing to step in and help wherever needed—we’re a small team and value flexibility, ownership, and a get-it-done mindset Experience · 1–3+ years working in Amazon Seller Central · Experience with FBA shipments and inventory workflows · Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise (preferred) · Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Work Location: In person
